Grilled Epis Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons Epis Marinade Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Epis Marinade Seasoning, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix well to form a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss until each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers.

Instructions:
